We had stopped in for a night. Concrete pads easy connections. It’s a very tranquil quiet place. Very well maintained with great views of the lake. Where you can actually fish from. We didn’t get a chance to check out all the amenities of this place but it is very nice! A great view of sunset too!

This was a very very nice place with an outstanding Pond/Lake views while camping, Cathy one of the maintainer was very helpful they have nice free coffe and popcorn all day. Very very clean place and nice a quiet. You fish in the pond, it pet friendly with grass set aside just for pet walks, great hook ups for water sewer and electricity only 17 mins from dowtown San Antonio and River work. The community room has a nice huge tv, nice size outdoor pool, and jacuzzi, pool tables, workout are with weights, tredmill etc. Coffee and popcorn station and a large bathroom shower are very spacious which we used vs our camper. I loved this place it has a very romantic feel with beautiful sunrises and beautful sunsets all easy to see from your camper.
This was an amazing stay! Highly recommended for families or couples an nice hidden gem.

I would give Greenlake RV Resort about 2.5–3 stars. If you’re expecting the “resort” shown in the online photos, you may be disappointed. The pictures online are very deceiving compared to the actual property.

The positives were that the office staff was kind, and the park itself was quiet during our stay.

Unfortunately, there were several downsides. The pool closes to kids at 8 PM and becomes adult-only until 10 PM. Normally that wouldn’t bother us, but there are no other kid-friendly amenities like a playground, activities, or recreation areas. Overall, this did not feel like a family-oriented resort.

The park also felt more like a long-term trailer park than an RV resort. Many tenants appeared to live there full time, and there was quite a bit of clutter and junk outside several trailers.

Parking outside designated sites was common and made getting in and out of spots difficult at times.

The sites are packed very close together — when we extended our awning, it nearly touched the RV next to us. Our site was also not level, although the concrete pad and hookups were nice.

Overall, this is far from what most people would consider a “resort.” It’s quiet and has friendly staff, but it’s not very kid-friendly and feels more like a trailer park with a few open RV spaces.

The park was very well maintained and pleasant, probably why it was almost full. Beautiful trees throughout and the grounds were well maintained. My coach's roof was hitting a couple small limbs from one of the many beautiful trees and when I spoke with the front desk, they trimmed them back that day. I would definitely come back.

extends so naturally.

Both Patty and Allen manage their roles with a level of professionalism and
warmth that might lead one to believe they are the proprietors of the
campground. Their personal investment in the wellbeing of their clients and
meticulous care for the property is evident and truly admirable. Allen and
Patty are indeed the gold standard for customer service and property
management, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that makes any
stay unforgettable. The corporate management surely recognizes the treasure
they have in this phenomenal couple, whose contributions significantly
enhance the reputation and operations of the business.
