Conroe RV Park by QRV is located at 3043 Waukegan Road, Conroe, Texas 77306, on 40 acres of wooded grounds near Lake Conroe and adjacent to the Sam Houston National Forest. The park offers full-hookup RV sites, cabin rentals, RV-certified Tiny Home spaces, a swimming pool and spa, multiple fishing ponds, wooded hiking trails, a bark park, basketball court, playground, clubhouse, and recreation room. On-site management is available seven days a week.

Conroe RV Park is a pet-friendly, gated RV resort in Montgomery County, approximately 40 miles north of Houston. RV sites are full-hookup concrete pads accommodating back-in and pull-thru configurations. Cabin rentals are furnished and available for guests without an RV. The fishing ponds are stocked and open to registered guests. Community events including potluck dinners, karaoke nights, bingo, and seasonal gatherings are organized regularly by on-site management. Lake Conroe — a 22,000-acre reservoir popular for boating, fishing, and water sports — is located near the resort. The park is also near the W. Goodrich Jones State Forest, which offers hiking, birding, and nature trails.

We have had our family reunion here for the last few years and it's always been great. They allow us use of the recreation facilities/clubhouse when we visit and the facilities are great!

This year, the manager, Sierra, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was genuinely kind and sincere every time we had the pleasure of chatting with her. She truly made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. She's a keeper!

Glen, with maintenance , was also very friendly and attentive when we had a small issue during hook up shortly after we arrived.

Thank you both for helping make our family reunion a success! Your hats work and guest service are truly appreciated!

This is mainly a permanent residence for full time RVers. First the positives. Most of the sites are shaded and level. There are several lakes to fish. Caught several big bass. Game room is nicely appointed. During the morning and early afternoon the park is quiet, when the kids are in school. Staff is very polite and accommodating. Now the negatives. The spots are very tight. When the kids get off school they are just being kids who live in tight homes so they are out playing until dark. It gets noisy but it is understandable. Many of the permanent dwellings are not kept up well so dont consider this a 'resort'. Many of the fencing and guard rails are broken and weathered. While we were there the pool was empty of water. Some of the rec room items were broken and disheveled. There were some families close to our site who were playing music until 2am. All in all, not a bad location. The kids were polite and freindly and included our grand kids with their activities. We had a 2 day stay. Great price but not a resort vacation spot for many.

Glen has been amazing! Prompt when it comes to fixing the plumbing. The park is also awesome. Everything is clean and lots of amenities to enjoy. Sierra has also been fabulous! Has helped so much since we arrived. Love it here.

Sierra has been absolutely amazing since she took over in the office, quickly and professionally addressing all of our concerns thus far.

I highly recommend anyone interested in staying here, come by and take a look for yourselves.

I’ve lived in this park for 11 years, and I can honestly say that Glenn and Jessica consistently go above and beyond to help everyone. Glenn does a great job maintaining the park and really stays on top of its needs. The pool and spa are especially well taken care of he deserves all the credit for that.

Jessica is always kind and friendly. The office is consistently open, the mail is organized, and she’s always willing to help the community in any way she can.

They are both very pet-friendly as well. I have a 13-year-old dog, and they have never had any issues with having my dog around.
