Park Basics & Location
The location puts you minutes from the Texas Medical Center, NRG Stadium, the Houston Astrodome area, and downtown Houston — a rare combination of quiet RV resort living and prime inner-city access. If you are searching for an RV resort near the Texas Medical Center or NRG Stadium, Lakeview is one of the most convenient locations in the city. Call or check availability online to confirm site openings before you arrive.
This makes it a top choice for traveling nurses, medical professionals, MD Anderson patients and families, and event visitors attending Texans games, the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, and major concerts. Many guests choose us specifically for monthly RV stays near MD Anderson, Memorial Hermann, Houston Methodist, Texas Children’s, and other TMC hospitals. We even offer a free weekday shuttle to TMC — ask the office for details.
Houston’s mild winters and warm shoulder seasons make it a comfortable place to RV in any month. Availability tightens around major Houston events — Rodeo season, Texans home games, and Super Bowl-level concerts — so book early. Snowbirds and traveling medical staff also reserve well in advance.
Early arrivals and late departures may be possible based on occupancy — just call ahead so our on-site team can coordinate. We work to make arrival smooth, especially for guests pulling in after a long drive or arriving for a medical appointment.
Rates, Pricing & Reservations
Pricing varies based on RV size, site type (standard, premium, lakefront, or covered), and length of stay, and electricity may be billed separately for monthly stays. Monthly stays offer the best per-night value and the most predictable pricing. For the most accurate quote, call the office at (713) 723-0973 or book online.
Our long-term residents include traveling nurses, medical residents, MD Anderson patients and families, and relocating professionals. Discounts are available for extended stays, and availability changes quickly because of high demand from the medical community. Call to secure your site as early as possible.
Calling is the fastest way to confirm a specific site, ask about the TMC shuttle, or check options for medical and long-term stays. For monthly stays, we recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks ahead, especially during Rodeo season and major event weekends.
The deposit secures your specific site and dates. The remaining balance is due according to your reservation terms.
Cancellations made 8–29 days before arrival are charged a one-night fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival and no-shows are non-refundable. Rodeo season bookings, typically late February through mid-March, are non-refundable. Please confirm your travel dates carefully before booking, especially during high-demand events.
RV Sites & Features
This range of amperage is wider than most Houston RV parks and accommodates everything from small travel trailers to large Class A motorhomes. There are no hidden hookup fees, and electric usage policies are explained clearly at booking.
We accommodate Class A motorhomes, fifth wheels, and toy haulers. For specific dimensions or slide-out clearance, call ahead and our team will match you with the right site.
These premium sites are limited and tend to book first, especially in spring and fall. If a lakefront or covered site matters to you — the covered sites are popular with full-time RVers because they protect against Houston heat and storms — reserve as early as possible and ask our team to flag one when you call.
Utilities & Services
Electricity usage may be billed separately depending on your stay type — standard for monthly RV residents in Texas. Our team explains all utility details upfront with no hidden fees, so monthly residents can budget with confidence.
This is a convenient option for full-time RVers and Snowbirds during cooler months. Ask the office for current hours.
This makes it a great choice for guests with Tesla, Rivian, Ford Lightning, or other electric vehicles, including dual EV/RV travelers. Ask the office about charger types and availability when you book.
That covers anything from small pop-up campers and travel trailers to large Class A motorhomes. Electric usage and any metered policies are explained transparently at booking.
Amenities & Guest Experience
Free high-speed Wi-Fi (50+ Mbps) is included at every site. The combination of resort-style amenities, EV charging, the TMC shuttle, and on-site live-in management is one of the main reasons guests choose us for long-term stays near the Texas Medical Center.
The pool and hot tub are especially popular after long hospital shifts or game-day visits to NRG Stadium. Everything is designed to make your stay comfortable, with regular cleaning and maintenance.
Pets are welcome at every site and must be leashed in common areas. Some breed and number limits may apply — review pet policies at check-in.
These shared spaces support a friendly community feel and give long-term residents a place to gather without leaving the resort. They are especially popular on weekends and during the cooler Houston months.
Safety & Community
Having management on-site means quicker responses to guest needs, maintenance issues, and after-hours concerns. Guests consistently mention the sense of safety and accountability as a key reason they extend their stays — especially traveling nurses on night shifts.
These hours help maintain a peaceful, family-friendly community — especially for traveling medical staff on rotating shifts and long-term residents. On-site management enforces the standards fairly and consistently.
Local Area & Convenience
Downtown Houston and the Astrodome area are also just minutes away. It is an ideal base for both work and leisure stays in Houston.
This is one of our most valued amenities for traveling nurses, medical residents, MD Anderson patients, and family members supporting loved ones in treatment. Ask the office for the current schedule and pickup details when you book.
Local favorites for dining include Pappas BBQ, Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, and Pappasito’s Cantina, plus a wide range of restaurants along the South Main corridor. Daily errands are simple, which makes long-term living convenient and low-stress.
Technology & Connectivity
The upgraded network is designed to support streaming, telehealth, remote work, and everyday use — it’s reliable enough for traveling nurses charting from their RV and remote workers on video calls. There is no extra fee for Wi-Fi access.
We have invested in strong, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi instead, which lets guests stream Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu, Disney+, and any other service without issue. The setup is simple and works well for both short and long-term stays.
Payments, Discounts & Long-Term Value
ACH is the easiest option for monthly residents because it can be set up as a recurring payment. There are no hidden processing fees — every charge is explained up front.
There is no limit to how many referrals you can earn, which makes it a great way to save on long-term stays. Ask the office for full details when you book.
Stable pricing, full amenities, the TMC shuttle, EV charging, and a strong community atmosphere mean many guests stay for months at a time. It is also a popular choice for Snowbirds escaping northern winters.
The amenities — resort pool, hot tub, fitness center, outdoor kitchens, fire pits — match what you’d expect from a resort, not just a park. It is one of the top-rated RV resorts in Houston for long-term stays.
Rodeo season, late February through mid-March, Texans home games, and major concert weekends book up earliest. Call ahead to check live availability and reserve your spot — we recommend reaching out 2–6 weeks before your move-in date for monthly stays.
