Park Basics & Location
The resort sits between the city core and the Lake Houston recreation area, giving guests fast access to Humble, Atascocita, Crosby, and downtown Houston job corridors. It is one of the most convenient full-service RV resorts in east Houston for both short-term travelers and long-term residents. Call or check availability online to confirm site openings before you arrive.
It is also within an easy drive of the Port of Houston, the East Houston industrial corridor, refineries along the Houston Ship Channel, the Generation Park business district, and downtown Houston. That makes it a strong fit for traveling nurses, contractors, plant workers, and pipeline crews. If you are relocating for a project, contact our office to discuss long-term site availability.
Early arrivals and late departures may be possible based on occupancy — just call ahead so we can coordinate. Our on-site team works to make arrival smooth, especially for guests pulling in after a long drive.
Houston’s mild winters and warm shoulder seasons make it a comfortable place to RV in any month. Both short-term and monthly sites are available year-round, but availability tightens during winter when Snowbirds arrive and during major energy industry shutdowns, so book early.
Stays, Sites & Setup
Monthly residents make up a large share of our community, including traveling workers, relocating families, and full-time RVers. Monthly stays offer the best per-night value and the most predictable pricing. Call our office to confirm long-term site availability and lock in your rate.
All RV sites feature concrete pads for stability, cleanliness, and easier long-term setup. There are no hidden hookup fees, and electric usage policies are explained clearly at booking.
If your rig fits on the pad, we can almost always find a spot for it — including Class A motorhomes, fifth wheels, and toy haulers. For specific dimensions or slide-out clearance, call ahead and our team will match you with the right site.
If a lakefront site matters to you, reserve as early as possible and ask our team to flag one when you call.
Rates, Reservations & Payments
Electricity, taxes, and seasonal promotions can adjust the final amount, so the most accurate quote comes from a quick phone call. Booking directly with the resort usually gives you better rates than third-party listings.
Promotions vary by season and occupancy, and we sometimes run move-in specials for traveling workers and Snowbirds. Call the office directly to ask what is active for your dates — phone quotes often beat published rates.
For monthly stays, we recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks ahead, especially in fall and winter when demand spikes. Our team will walk you through site options, hookup configuration, and check-in details.
We accept ACH transfers, credit cards, checks, and cash (cash accepted as a last option).
Within 7 days of arrival, no-shows, and early departures are non-refundable. This policy keeps availability fair for every guest on the waitlist.
ACH is the easiest method for monthly residents because it can be set up as a recurring payment. There are no hidden processing fees — every charge is explained up front.
It is a popular perk for monthly residents who want friends, family, or coworkers in the same community. Ask the office for details when you book.
Amenities & Guest Experience
Concrete pads, full hookups, and free high-speed WiFi are included at every site. The combination of resort-style amenities and on-site management is one of the main reasons guests choose us for long-term stays in Houston.
These amenities are maintained on a regular schedule for cleanliness and safety. They are open year-round, with seasonal hours posted at the clubhouse.
Pets are welcome at every site and must be leashed in common areas. We also provide a free on-site dog wash station, and there are open spaces nearby for walking. Please review pet policies at check-in, as breed and number limits may apply.
These are especially valued by long-term guests and traveling workers who don’t want to rely solely on their RV tanks. The facilities are cleaned on a regular schedule.
Utilities, WiFi & Connectivity
Electric usage and any metered policies are explained transparently at booking. Full water and sewer hookups are included on every site as well.
It is reliable enough for remote work, video calls, and streaming, which makes the resort a comfortable choice for digital nomads and traveling professionals. There is no extra fee for WiFi access.
This is a convenient option for full-time RVers and Snowbirds during cooler months. Ask the office for current hours.
Safety, Policies & Community
Having management on-site means quicker responses to guest needs, maintenance issues, and after-hours concerns. Guests consistently mention the sense of safety and accountability as a key reason they extend their stays.
These hours help maintain a peaceful, family-friendly community — especially for traveling workers on early shifts and long-term residents. On-site management enforces the standards fairly and consistently.
Local Area & Convenience
Outdoor recreation, fishing, and family-friendly day trips are all within easy driving distance. Guests get the best of both worlds — quiet RV community living plus access to everything Houston has to offer.
Daily errands are simple, which makes long-term living convenient and low-stress. The location balances quiet RV resort living with quick access to everyday essentials.
The location near Beltway 8, US-90, and I-10 makes commuting easy to the Houston Ship Channel, Port of Houston, Generation Park, IAH airport, and east-side industrial sites. Monthly rates, reliable WiFi, full hookups, and on-site management make it a practical home base for multi-month assignments.
The amenities — pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, dog wash, propane, laundry — match what you’d expect from a resort, not just a park. It is a trusted choice for monthly RV living in east Houston, with strong word-of-mouth from traveling workers and Snowbirds.
